The 8' x 12' California King Palm is a must for any party or event rental business. It has a weight of 60 lbs. It extends high for lots of clearance and works well for corporate events or parties. The California King Palm is sturdy enough to serve as a temporary shelter. In fact, all of our tops are made from flame retardant fabric and provide UV protection as well as shield you from the elements.

Please be advised: Our Flame Retardant Canopy Tops are made water resistant from light rain, and are not meant to be waterproof and be used in heavy rain.

To meet the California Fire Marshall standard on being fire retardant the fabric is unlike normal Plastic and/or fabric used on our normal canopy covers. These canopy tops are not sprayed with a PVC coating to fill in the slight differences in the alignment of threading in the fabric. Therefore, on a sunny day, little spots of light may be visible but is not a cause of concern as it does not affect the functionality of the canopy
